La Mercerie’s guests face a fragmented experience when making reservations, browsing the menu, and shopping for curated homeware, relying on multiple platforms that lack cohesion. This disconnect diminishes brand engagement and creates unnecessary friction in the customer journey.

SOLUTION

Design a seamless, elegant, and intuitive experience that allows guests to effortlessly book reservations, explore the menu with dietary filters, and shop curated homeware - bridging the gap between dining and luxury retail in a single, cohesive platform.

OVERALL USABILITY

100% of users found the La Mercerie app easy to use and aesthetically pleasing, confirming the design’s success in delivering a seamless, brand-aligned digital experience.

TASK COMPLETION RATE

4/5 of the testing participants successfully completed key tasks with no errors, indicating strong usability and effective user flows across the app’s core features.

PERSONALIZATION

3/5 of the testing participants appreciated the app’s personalization features, noting that it made them feel more connected and included in La Mercerie’s brand experience.
