Problem
Lightcast Insider was operating as a live delivery platform, but its navigation, information architecture, and workflow structure lacked cohesion, creating friction for both clients consuming insights and consultants managing delivery. Without structural clarity and cross-system alignment, the platform risked compounding complexity and limiting its ability to scale within Lightcast’s broader ecosystem.
Solution
I led a phased redesign of Insider, stabilizing the client-facing experience and then strengthening its underlying architecture for long-term scalability. By clarifying information hierarchy, standardizing cross-user patterns, and improving system integrations, Insider evolved into a more cohesive and extensible delivery platform within Lightcast’s ecosystem.
