Lightcast’s Professional Services work was high-impact but fragmented across decks, webpages, and internal knowledge, making it difficult for prospective clients to quickly understand the scope, methodology, and measurable outcomes. The lack of a centralized, narrative-driven digital experience reduced clarity, weakened credibility, and limited conversion opportunities.
Solution
I designed a structured, narrative-driven showcase page that presents Lightcast’s Professional Services engagements through clear case studies, defined methodologies, and measurable outcomes. The page uses intentional content hierarchy, scannable layouts, and data-informed storytelling to help prospective clients understand the scope of work, the process behind each engagement, and the tangible results delivered.
